Honored for the CSR activities
The prestigious Korean Ministry of Trade Industry and Energy award was presented to Doosan Vina at a gala ceremony hosted by the Korean Organization for Trade Advancement (KOTRA) in Hanoi.
Shipped 4 units weighing 16,832 tons of Yanbu Ph.3 project
Each desalination unit is capable to produce 95 million liters of fresh water per day.
Shipped Kudgi (800MWx2) exported 13,226 tons
Two 800 MW supercritical once-thru coal-fired boilers for the Kudgi Power Plant in Karnataka, Southwest India.
Shipped IRPC UHV CPE 4 vessels 1,056 tons
The IRPC UHV project to IRPC Public Company Ltd. Company in Rayong, Thailand included four high-tech pressure tanks with a total weight more than 1,000 tons.

Supplied 10 HRSG modules of Intergent prj (1,425 tons)
The earth friendly HRSG components was for the Intergent thermal Power Plant in San Luis Potosi, Mexico.
Certified the first ASNT level III
The certificate by the American Society for Nondestructive Testing (ASNT) for Non-Destructive Examination (NDE) was both a milestone for Kim Myung Hoon and Doosan Vina.
Shipped 3 desalination evaporators to Saudi Arabia
3 desalination evaporators of Ras Al Khair project weighing 12,054 tons were shipped to Saudi Arabia.
Donated two desalination plants to An Binh Islet
Two desalination plants worth 1million USD were donated to An Binh islet that can produce 200m3 per night and day.
Supplied 36 RTGC units to PSA
Completed delivery 36 RTGC cranes to PSA port, Singapore.
IEC HRSG 15 modules shipment
15 modules were shipped to the Eshkol thermal power plant, located in the south of Ashdod town, Israel.
Selected as KMP manufacturer
Doosan Vina was selected as “Key Mechanical Product” manufacturer for “Made in Vietnam” products.
Received First Place Award for CSR
The award was sanctioned by the Vietnam Ministry of Planning and Investment in cooperation with the Korea Ministry of Knowledge Economy.
JNPT shipment
The project included 3 units of RMQC for the JNPT port in India.
Certified ISO 3834 certificate
Being ISO 3834 certified means that Doosan Vina’s products meet European welding standards and requirements.
Received order of Mong Duong 2 Power Plant
This was the first EPC project of Doosan Vina.
Made the first MHS’s crane shipment
The first cranes shipment was under the Samarinda project which included 02 RMQCs and 05 RTGCs to be operated at the Palaran Terminal Port of Samarinda, Indonesia. The project was signed on Feb. 19th 2009.
Completed Van Tuong Apartment
Completed the construction of the apartment complex for employees’ families.
Made the first Water’s evaporator shipment
The first made in Vietnam desalination evaporator to Abu Dhabi, in UAE. It can supply 75,900,000 liters of fresh water per day.
Made the first HRSG’s shipment
The OMV Brazi project was signed on 26th Nov. 2008 with GE (USA) to supply 10,330 fin tubes, 168 headers, 84 hard assemblies, and 12 modules weighing 2,160 tons for a project in Romania.

Made the first Boiler’s shipment
Boiler shipped its first products of the EDP-Brazil project a month ahead of schedule.
Grand Opening
Held the Grand Opening Ceremony of Doosan Vina after 19 months of construction.

The port is 237m long, 30m wide, -8,9m deep and can receive max vessel up to 28,000DWT.
Made the first shipment of CPE product
The shipment included the air & gas receivers, and fuel drums under the Petrofac EBLA Gas project bound for Syria.
Started the shops’ operation
All of five shops began production.
Completed construction work of all 5 factories
Completed the construction of the manufacturing facilities, which are comprised of five individual factories, including: Boiler, MHS, HRSG, Water, and CPE.
The CPE shop operation commenced
