Successfully renewed the Authorized Economic Operator (AEO) certification.
Doosan Vina achieved the first certification on March 20, 2019. The first successful renewal was on March 20, 2022, and the second on March 20, 2025. Accordingly, Doosan Vina is recognized by the General Department of Customs as a priority enterprise, the export and import goods of the priority enterprise are subject to priority in customs procedures, inspection and supervision for all types of export and import, at all customs organizations nationwide.
Certified the Welding Workshop Approval Certification
Certificate recognizes Doosan Vina's qualifications to manufacture and fabricate piping systems on ships.
Open the company new domain website
The new website www.doosanvina.com.vn was opened to substitute the old one www.doosan-vina.com after nearly two months of establishment.
Completed the Ras Laffan Petrochemicals project
The project consists of 18 modules weighing 12,913 tonnes supplied to the joint venture Samsung E&A and CTCI.
Completed the Sakaiminato Biomass power project
A total of 380 tons of biomass boiler pressure section components were delivered to Tottori Power Plant, Japan.
Doosan Vina’s dedicated port was upgraded to 35,000 DWT
This allows Doosan Vina port to receive vessels up to 35,000 DWT, serving the import and export of heavy products conveniently.
Signed BMCTPL Phase 2 Option 6 RMQC + 18 RTGC project
The project was signed with PSA Mumbai customer. This is the second batch of cranes supplied to BMCTPL Phase 2 port with a total of 12 RMQC cranes and 36 RTGC cranes.
Signed MOU with Marubeni Group on offshore wind power development.
Doosan Vina and Marubeni will jointly study and explore the feasibility and viability for collaboration in Vietnam.
Completed two STS cranes for Chu Lai Port
Each crane is 57.5m high, 98m long, 27m wide, has the outreach up to 40m, inshore reach of 16m and can load and unload 40 tons cargo containers, suitable for 50,000 DWT cargo ships.
Shipped 18 modules to the USA market at the first time
The modules shipped were under the GTP project including 18 modules weighing 4,589 tons for the Golden Triangle Polymers Plant in Texas.
Signed contract of Sakaiminato Showa Biomass Power Plant project
The project was signed with Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Power IDS on August 29, 2023 to supply 362 tons of boiler pressure components for Tottori biomass power plant, Japan.
Signed Ras Laffan Petrochemicals project
The project was signed with Samsung Engineering CTCI Joint Venture including 18 modules weighing 12,913 tons to be installed in the Ras Laffan city, Qatar.
Signed contract to supply 18 eRTG with BMCTPL cuctomer
Each eRTG crane has a width equivalent to 6 rows of 40-foot containers and a lane for trucks, with a crane span of 23.7m and a lifting capacity of 40-ton containers to a height of 18m.
Completed the Singapore Project SPRING project
The project was signed with DL E&C on June 27, 2022, including 26 modules weighing 2,039 tons to be installed at Cariflex IR Latex Asia Phase 1, Singapore.
Completed Nam Dinh Vu project (06 STS Panamax cranes)
The project was signed with Gemadept on Jan. 01, 2022. Each crane is 53m high, 100m long, 26.5m wide, weighs about 850 tons, reaches 40m (equivalent to more than 15 rows of containers) and are capable of loading and unloading cargo containers up to 50 tons from large vessels up to 50,000 DWT.
Signed a contract with ZDJV to supply 18 modules weighing 4,589 tons
They will be installed at the Golden Triangle Polymers Project, USA. These will be the first ever Doosan Vina’ modules entering the USA market.
Signed a contract with BMCTPL to supply six RMQCs
Each RMQC crane is 93m high, 156m long, 25.6m wide, and weighs more than 1,800 tons. They have an outreach of up to 71m, an inshore reach of 16m, can handle 65 tons cargo containers from large mother vessels and can lift containers to a height of 50m above the beam and 20m below the beam. Equipped for the BMCTPL Phase 2.
Signed a contract with Thaco Truong Hai to supply two RMQCs
These cranes were to equip Chu Lai port, Quang Nam province.
Completed Sarawak Methanol project
The project includes nearly 10,000 tons with 34 modules and 01 Reformer supplied to Samsung Engineering customer for installation at Sarawak Methanol Plant (Malaysia).
Completed Heurtey Heater Radiant Section project
The project was signed with Heurtey Petrochem Development in April 2020 included 600 tons of Radiant Modules, Ladders and Platforms which are pressure and non-pressurized boiler components. Once installed, they will form a heating furnace to process input materials for Thai Oil Refinery (Thailand).
Completed Palu Taph project
The project was signed with Doosan Lentjes in February 2022 includes 741 tons of equipment that will form a heat recovery for the 100MW Palu thermal power plant located in Jakarta, Indonesia.
Signed an MOU with Orsted about supplying the substructures for offshore wind power
The MOU was signed as part of the visit by the Royal Highnesses the Crown Prince and the Crown Princess of Denmark to Vietnam as part of the celebrations to mark half a century of Danish - Vietnamese diplomatic relations.
Received a appreciation certificate from Japan’s IHI Corp. for the quality and supply ability of TPP equipment
The certificate confirmed Doosan Vina’s quality and ability to supply equipment for the Van Phong 1 Thermal Power Plant project on schedule during the Covid-19 pandemic.
Completed Palu 3 CFB Pressure Part project
The project was signed with Perusahaan Listrik Negara Power Corporation, Indonesia on March 2020 including 1,900 tons.
Won 26 modules of Singapore Project Spring from DL E&C
The project included 26 modules weighing 2,039 tons. Once installed, these modules will the facility of the Latex Distillation for Medical Glove Manufacturing project at the OUE Center, Singapore.
Won NFXP2 (North Field Expansion Project EPC-2) 4 modules
The project consists of 4 LNG loading modules weighing 4,000 tons supply for Samsung C&T Corporation to install at the Onshore Offplot Common Lean LNG Storage and Loading Facilities of the North Field Expansion (NFE) located at Ras Laffan, in the State of Qatar.
Changed company name to Doosan Enerbility Vietnam
Doosan Heavy Industries Vietnam changed the name to Doosan Enerbility Vietnam. The CI logo of the Doosan Group was also changed.
Completed the 02 giant Ship-to-Shore cranes for Gemalink international port
These are the first two out of eight units of the signed contract.
Won 6 additional Panamax STS cranes for Nam Dinh Vu Port
Doosan Vina is producing 6 Panamax STS cranes to supply for Gemadept Corporation to equip the port system in the North to welcome the largest ships in and out of the Dinh Vu area.
Certified the ISO/IEC 17025:2017 certificate
Doosan Vina’s laboratory was identified by VILAS 1415 code with accredited tests-based materials and product tested.
Won the Best Supplier certificate from MHIEC
The “Best Supplier“ was certified after completing the manufacture and supply Waste to Energy boiler pressure equipment and has made important contributions to quality and schedule assurance for the waste power plant in Fushimi (Kyoto).
Won Sarawak Methanol project
The project included 34 Modules and 01 Reformer weighing 10,000 tons for the Methanol plant of the Sarawak Petrochemical Refinery complex.
Completed Fushimi Kankyo Hozen project
The project signed on September 4, 2019, involved the supply of 228 tons of boiler pressure components and nickel-coated brazing to install in a WtE power plant at Fushimi, Kyoto for MHIEC, Japan.
Received Vocational education license.
The license allows Doosan Vina to organize training courses on SMAW, FCAW, GTAW, and Steel Structure erection.
Completed six giant STS cranes for Gemadept
Completed the project after more than 14 months of production with 3 shipments on July 2, September 9 and November 26 of 2020.
Received Sustainable Energy 2019 Award
Doosan Vina together with 60 other enterprises received the Enterprise category of the First Sustainable Energy Award by MOIT.
Completed the HSVC LPG Cavern project
After nearly 5 months of production from the contract date in December 2019, with 150 tons ship to the site of Polypropylene (PP) manufacturing plant and liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) storage located in Ba Ria - Vung Tau Province.
Completed Bapco MED project
The project was signed with Samsung Engineering Construction Limited in October 2018.
Completed 27 modules 3,770 tons of CFP for Samsung Engineering
The CFP project was signed with Samsung Engineering Company Limited in October 2018 to supply a total of 27 modules weighing 3,770 tons.
Signed a MOU with the Quang Ngai PPC on Non-Carbon Island Initiative
Quan Ngai PPC hosted a MoU signing ceremony with SK Innovation Co., Ltd. (SKI), Doosan Heavy Industries (DHI), Ingine Company and Vingroup on the Non-Carbon Island Initiative for the home province.
Supported SK Innovation develop a 100 Kw tidal power project for An Binh Island
Bridging between SK Innovation and local authorities to implement the project.
Certified EN 1090 Certificate
This is a European standard relating to the manufacturing process of steel structures.
Completed 12 modules of WHRP
Twelve modules were for the Ruwais Refinery. The biggest module is 32.75m long, over 12m wide and 27.7m high while the smallest module is 31m long, 6.5m wide and 11.7m high.
Won 6 RMQC cranes for Gemalink port
The contract was signed with Gemadept Group to supply 6 Super Post Panamax STS cranes to equip for the Gemalink international port, located in BRVT province.
Completed BMCTPL 12 RMQC project
The project was completed after four shipments that were sent in May 2017, September 2017, March 2018, and April, 2019.

Delivered 2 RMQC for the port of Nghi Son 2 Refinery, Vietnam
Two giant RMQCs for the 2nd oil refinery in Vietnam. The project was signed in March 2014. Each crane weighs 850 tons, is 58 meters high, 86 meters long and 27 meters wide, and is designed to lift 50-ton cargo containers.
Won 8 RTGC cranes for Saudi Global Port
Each crane is 29m high, 27.6m long, 5.6m wide, with a capacity to load and unload cargo containers 40 tons.
Won 12 RMQC supplied for the BMCTPL customer
