On the morning of April 26, 2025, the Provincial Labor Federation coordinated with the Department of Home Affairs and the Management Board of Dung Quat EZ and Quang Ngai IPs organizing the Launching Ceremony of Workers' Month and the Month of Action on Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) in 2025.

This year's Workers' Month and Month of Action on OSH follow the themes "Vietnamese Workers Pioneering into a new era" and "Strengthening assessment, identification of hazards and risks and proactively implementing measures to ensure OSH at the workplace" to strengthen the control of occupational accidents and diseases, promote the production and export towards a sustainable economic and social development strategy.

In addition to the report and direction, the Organizing Committee awarded Certificates of Merit from the Chairman of the Quang Ngai People's Committee to 8 enterprises with outstanding achievements in OSH in 2024, including Doosan Vina.

Over the years, Doosan Vina has always paid attention to fully implementing legal regulations on risk management and control; Strengthening propaganda and training on occupational safety and hygiene, continuously updating knowledge and safety skills for company and subcontractors’ employees; Implementing occupational safety and hygiene plans, ensuring technical safety, health and labor education; Implementing well safety-related regimes; Conducting equipment inspections and periodic self-inspections; Proactively improving working conditions for employees. Notably, the company has not recorded any serious accidents and has carried out 1,447 innovations including technical and safety in the period 2023 - 2024.
